श्री दिनेश के. गलिया लकी होम के नामसे सन २००४ से रियल एस्टेट का बिज़नेस कर रहे हैं. इन्होने अपने अबतक के कार्यकाल में बहुत सारी प्रॉपर्टीयों के किराये के और रीसेल के सौदे किये हैं. जिनमे उन्होंने कई सौदों में विभिन्न प्रकार की तक्लीफों का सामना भी किया हैं. किन्तु अपनी कार्य कुशलता से अधिकतर सौदे सफलता पूर्वक पूर्ण किए हैं.

Mr. Dinesh K. Galiya has been into real estate business since 2004 under the name of Lucky Home. During his tenure so far, he has done many rental and resale deals of properties. In which he has also faced various types of problems in many deals. with due to his efficiency, most of the deals have been completed successfully.

इनके कार्यकाल के अनुभव के आधार पर इन्हे हमेशा यह लगता था की इस बिज़नेस को सही तरीके से चलाने के लिए कुछ रुपरेखा एवम मार्गदर्शिका होनी ही चाहिये जो आज हमारे बिज़नेस को एक नई ऊंचाई पर ले जाये इसी विचार–विमर्श के अनुसार इन्होने सन २०१४ में भारती रियलटी असोसिएट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड नामक कम्पनीकी स्थापना की. सन २०१७ में कुछ विकट परिस्थितियों के चलते यह कंपनी इनको बंद करनी पड़ी.

Based on his experience during his tenure, he always felt that to run this business properly, there should be some outline and guide which can take our business to a new height. And so in the year 2014, He Established a company named Bharti Realty Associates Private Limited. In the year 2017, due to some difficult circumstances, this company had to be closed.

श्री दिनेश के. गलिया ने मई २०१७ से लेकर अबतक चर्चगेट से लेकर विरार तक और कोलाबा से लेकर टिटवाला तक के तक़रीबन २७० एस्टेट एजेन्टों को महारेरा का लायसन्स निकालकर दिया है व कई सारे एस्टेट एजेन्टो को मार्गदर्शन एवम सहयोग दिया है. जून २०२३ से कई सारे एस्टेट एजेन्टो को महारेरा की ट्रेनिंग एवम ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के लिये मार्गदर्शन दे रहे हैं.

Since May 2017, Mr. Dinesh K. Galia has helped out to get MahaRERA Licenses approximately 270 estate agents from Churchgate to Virar and from Colaba to Titwala and has provided guidance and support to many estate agents. Since June 2023, he has been providing guidance to many estate agents for training and online examination of MahaRERA.
